JICA Jordan office :
From December 2020 through March 2021, we collaborated with JICA Jordan office to provide skills-training of non-medical fabric masks to 30 vulnerable refugee women as a Covid-19 emergency response program, and as a result, to offer them a temporary paid employment by producing 6000 masks. In 2021, we held some online talk events to increase the knowledge about the Syrian refugee crisis.

2018年の夏からは、名古屋にある私立市邨（いちむら）高校の生徒さんたちとコラボレーションを行っている。
生徒さんたちの社会問題・国際問題理解に熱心に取り組まれる松野先生を筆頭に、生徒さんたちは毎週グローバルな課題をどのように学び、それに対してどのような取り組みができるのかを話し合っているそうだ。
2018年以来、彼らは人道支援についての学びを発表し議論する、大変意味のあるイベントを開催した。また、彼らが注文を受けてくれたことで、Tribalogyの商品を日本に住むお客様にも届けることができた。
エネルギーや夢、情熱、そして愛情に溢れた若く優しい日本の学生たちと協働できたことは、素晴らしい経験だった。
コロナ禍にも、私たちはオンラインで再会し、生徒さんたちはTribalogyで働く女性たちと出会い、世界中のコロナ感染での影響などについて話し合った。また近い将来、彼らとコラボレーションができることを待ち遠しく思う。

A special event : "Let's think about the refugees"
MADE51/UNHCR :
One of the biggest achievements of the year 2019 was becoming the official partner of a UNHCR initiative called Made51. Made51 supports many refugee-related social enterprises around the world by giving them guidance and exposure in order to increase sales and recognition! In December 2019, we were invited to present our project at Global Refugee Forum at Le Palais de Nation in Geneva. It was such an exciting experience to meet and discuss with the people involved with the refugee-related social enterprises around the world. Thanks to SEP, we also had the opportunity to sell our products at Marche' de Noel in Geneva. Since then, we continue our successful partnership.
In Nov 2018, we organised a Syrian cooking event with some of the women, and invited many friends in Amman to participate. We collected donations in order to cover the cost of the ingredients for the food, transportation fee from the refugee camp to/from Amman, and the compensation for women's cooking service. We also organised many home bazaars and online bazaars with our loving and supportive customers!

Global Refugee Forum 2019

Ichimura Highschool:
We have been collaborating with the students of Ichimura Highschool in Nagoya, Japan since the summer 2018. Their enthusiastic teacher Prof. Matsuno leads his students to get together weekly in order to discuss about how they could learn and contribute to the global issues.
In December 2018, they prepared a very meaningful event where we held a space to reflect and discuss about the students' ongoing research about the humanitarian assistance. The students also managed to collect orders for our products which were successfully delivered to the clients. It was such a lovely experience to get to know these young and sweet Japanese students, full of energy, dreams, enthusiasm and love. From 2019 until 2023, we virtually met so that the students could actually get to know the women who work with us and also we discussed about the Covid-19 pandemic global impact.
We really look forward to meeting them and collaborating with them again in the near future.
2019年の一番大きな出来事の一つは、UNHCR（国連難民高等弁務官事務所）のプロジェクト「MADE51」の公式パートナーとなったことです。
MADE51は、世界中にある難民支援に関連したソーシャルビジネスをサポートしており、パートナーを指導し、発表する機会を与えることで、売り上げと認知の向上を目指しています。
2019年12月、私たちTribalogyは国際連合ジュネーヴ事務局として使われているパレ・デ・ナシオンで開催された世界難民フォーラムに参加しました。
このフォーラムでは難民をサポートするソーシャルビジネスに携わる世界中の人と出会い、意見を交わすことができ、素晴らしい経験を得る事ができました。また、スイスのソーシャルエンタープライズSEPの協力により、ジュネーヴのクリスマスマーケットでも販売の機会をいただいた。

Every year, thanks to UNHCR, we receive hundreds of keen customers and supporters through their refugee-related events. In September 2019, we also had the opportunity to present our project to around 50 Japanese students who visited Jordan through UN Forum Study Tour to learn in depth about the ongoing humanitarian missions here in Jordan.

It’s another hot dusty day inside the refugee camp. Life isn't always easy here in these white prefabricated houses in the desert camp. We tend to only view wars through the images of men with guns and we often forget to remember that there are struggling lives of those affected by the violence. These women have their own stories to tell. We always learn so much from their strength and positive attitude towards life and we are very grateful to be working with such incredible women through this project.
All our products are carefully handmade stitch by stitch by these women who try to do their best to keep their heads up and to make their ends meet. All your purchases help them step up from poverty and create a better tomorrow for themselves and their families.
2020年12月から2021年3月にかけて、独立行政法人国際協力機構 (JICA)のヨルダン事務所とのコラボレーションで、COVID-19の緊急対応プログラムとして、30人の貧困層の難民女性に非医療用マスクの作り方のトレーニングを提供し、その結果、6000枚のマスクを作成する事により、一時的な有給雇用を提供しました。2021年には、人々のシリア難民危機についての知識を深めるためのオンライントークショーを実施した。

UNHCRの難民支援のイベントを通して、私たちは毎年たくさんの熱心なお客様や支援者の方にお会いする機会に恵まれています。
2019年9月には、国連フォーラムのスタディツアーでヨルダンを訪れた約50名の日本人の方々に、私たちのプロジェクトを知っていただく機会をいただいた。現在ヨルダンで必要とされている人道支援の一つの例として、私たちのプロジェクトが参加者の方々の学びになっていれば嬉しく思います。
難民キャンプは、今日も暑く、埃っぽい。砂漠を占拠するこのキャンプには、プレハブの白い家々が立ち並ぶ。
ここでの生活は、決して楽なものではありません。戦争というと、銃を携えた男たちの姿を思い浮かべがちですが、そこにはいつも暴力に脅かされる命があります。私たちは、そのことをすぐ忘れてしまいがちです。トライバロジーが共に働く女性たちは、それぞれの物語を持っています。
そして、いつも強さと前向きさを教えてくれる素晴らしい女性たちと共に働けることを、本当に素晴らしい事だと思います。
私たちの全ての商品は、前を向き、生計を立てようとする彼女たちの心の込もった手作業で作られています。
みなさんにご購入いただくことにより、彼女たちや彼女たちの家族が貧困から抜け出し、より良い明日を生きることにつながります。

2018年11月には、シリア料理のクッキングイベントを行い、アンマン在住のたくさんの友人たちを招待しました。
材料費、難民キャンプとアンマン間の交通費、そして料理を教えてくれた女性たちへの報酬のための寄付を集めることができました。
2020年の年末も、また、数多くのホームバザーやオンラインバザーも開催し、愛情深く協力的なお客様を沢山迎える事ができました。
